Service Note: After replacing the starter, vehicle still would not start. Customer stated someone had removed the ignition switch. Upon inspection, found ignition switch lock broken. Replaced ignition switch lock cylinder and vehicle started. Additional note: Vehicle feels very heavy, cannot be pushed; something appears stuck in driveline.
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.

Cause: Found knock sensor wire disconnected — oil dipstick routed incorrectly and resting on top of knock sensor, causing disconnection. Correction: Rerouted oil dipstick, reconnected knock sensor wiring properly.
- Installing a modified exhaust header and using a spacer (O2 sensor extender) in the exhaust pipe can delay the oxygen sensor’s response, especially for the Air-Fuel Ratio (A/F) sensor or upstream O2 sensor. This delay causes the ECU to detect a slow transition from rich to lean, triggering P113E. Clear the P113E code
