Engine oil found to be very dark/dirty. Recommendation: Replace crankshaft position sensor. Perform engine oil and filter change. No transmission codes stored at this time. Transmission shifts normally during test drive. Additional Note: Due to the darkness of the oil and common engine issues with this model, the engine may have internal damage that is not currently visible or detectable.

- Recommendation: Replace the upper idler pulley and inspect all remaining pulleys for wear or noise. Additional Note: Idler pulley failure can cause the belt to come off, which may result in loss of power steering, loss of charging system, and in some cases cause the vehicle to stall.
